Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Tumble app and this website. By using Tumble you agree to them.

Using Tumble

You need an account to use most of the app. Keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what you and the people you invite log in your account.

Not veterinary advice

Tumble's lessons, games, articles, red-flag guides and tools are general information to help you look after your pet. They are not veterinary advice and don't replace a vet. If your pet is unwell or you're unsure, call your vet. In an emergency, contact your vet or an emergency clinic straight away.

Training and play carry some risk. Follow the safety notes, stop if your pet shows signs of stress or pain, and use your own judgement about what suits your pet.

Your content

Your pets' records, photos and notes stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Tumble for you, including sharing them with people you invite or links you create.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features need a subscription or a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payments, renewals, trials and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. You can cancel a subscription any time in your Apple or Google account settings; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Fair use

Don't misuse Tumble: no attempts to break or overload it, no access to other people's accounts, and no unlawful content.

Changes and availability

We improve Tumble often and may change or remove features. We'll give notice in the app before changes that affect what you pay for. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

We work hard to keep Tumble accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions about your pet's health or care made using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
